These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Quantflow AI AG, a Swiss company ("we," "our," or "us"), including the PermitSolar platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including customers, visitors, and those who access or use the platform for any purpose.

Service description

PermitSolar is a document automation platform designed for solar companies, helping to automate the creation of documents related to solar projects. This service allows users to input project details and leverage AI technology for document generation. The Service includes a free trial and a usage-based pricing model.

Free trial & pricing

New users are entitled to a 7-day free trial. During this trial period, users can access the full functionality of the platform. After the trial period, the user will be automatically switched to the usage-based pricing model unless a subscription is canceled.

After the 7-day free trial, users will be billed on a monthly basis based on the number of LLM (Large Language Model) tokens used for document generation. Usage can be tracked directly within the platform. Users with no usage will incur no cost. The monthly bill will reflect the token consumption, which is calculated based on the volume of documents generated during the billing period.

Intellectual property

All rights to the intellectual property associated with the PermitSolar platform, including but not limited to the code, design, algorithms, and generated documents, are owned exclusively by Quantflow Ai AG. Users do not have the right to copy, modify, or distribute the platform's intellectual property unless expressly permitted by us.

User responsibilities & liabilities

By using our Service, you are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you input into the platform. We highly recommend utilizing the review feature of the platform to verify that all AI-generated documents are accurate before submission. We do not take responsibility for any errors or omissions in the documents created.

We disclaim all liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including any errors or inaccuracies in the documents generated by the Service. You acknowledge that the generated documents should be reviewed thoroughly, and you are solely responsible for their accuracy and compliance with relevant laws. We highly recommend that you consult with legal professionals or relevant authorities before using the generated documents in any official capacity.

We also disclaim any liability for the data you provide to the platform, including personal or sensitive information. You are responsible for ensuring that all data you input complies with applicable laws, including data protection regulations.

Data processing

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal data you submit will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will only use the data for providing the Service and improving its functionality. By using the platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective once posted on this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
